Smelling the Multiverse:
Activating the Somatics of Scent for World-Building
Co-facilitated with lee wilmoth: a somatic foray into the agential power of scent for worlding. Participants will engage in practices of world-building through olfactive and embodied engagement. We will leverage somatics and scent as portals for activating more liberatory futures.

In this workshop, we will learn and apply terminology from the fields of olfaction, speculative design, somatics, and timespace theory. We will then be guided through scent-focused breathwork and somatic exercises as part of a journey into embodying futures of your own making.

The optional scent package designed to accompany this workshop includes 4 samples of earthy, warming, cooling, and comforting fragrance materials.

Please note this workshop will have automated closed captions and we will have a built-in break at the midway point of this 3-hour immersion.

If this workshop is outside of your budget and you’d like to attend, please contact us at speculativescent@gmail.com for additional pricing options.
